Brian & Anna run Wright Choice Catering as a family concern with the help of Aimee Barnard & Jonny Moss, providing hot & cold food, from finger buffets to sit down meals. We can come to your home and cook for your friends or cater for larger events in halls or marquees or simply deliver your chosen food to you and let you eat at your leisure. Brian is a fully trained chef with more than 10 years experience in kitchens in London & Hampshire. We have hygiene certificates & are registered with the local Environmental Health Office. We also have public liability insurance.

Are you organising a wedding? We can provide a perfect solution to your wedding catering. We are happy to provide wedding catering in Southampton, Fareham and Portsmouth. We have 10 years experience in wedding catering. If you already have an idea for your wedding catering or you do not know where to start, please get in touch we will be happy to help.

Our menus are not set in stone, we pride ourselves in giving you what you want, if there is something you particularly want or you like a few things from different menus then we will be more than happy to accommodate this. All our food is freshly prepared to meet your requirements to make your occasion special. If you cannot see anything on our menus to suit your budget or taste then please do call and we can discuss other options for you.

Our prices include delivery & collection (at a convenient time after the event) of our plates etc. as we take care of the washing up as well.

Also included in our prices is the use of china plates & cutlery so you do not have to battle with paper plates while trying to eat.

We also include tablecloths for the buffet tables or all the tables if having our sit down menu. The hot fork buffet includes serving staff for 2 hours & the formal sit down menu includes full waitress service.
