I would like to thank you for the excellent service for our party on the 20th January. I was impressed with your initial quote, the choice of food and particularly the fact that you were able to accommodate all the arrangements we wanted with out any problems.
On the night, the food was really good and many of our guests also mentioned this. Your organisation throughout the evening was excellent, ensuring that everyone had drinks and keeping the bar in order. Your assistance at the end of the evening with the cleaning and tiding up was much appreciated.

Dear Brian,
Writing this letter today, we are genuinely struggling to convey the sheer weight of compliments and generally nice words that were said about the food and catering on our special day.
These comments ranged from the great quality and service through to the fine detail and lovely thoughts. I don’t know if you are aware but we found your company through recommendation of friends and we are also now ready to recommend you to anyone. Our initial impression is that a great many of our guests would be prepared to do the same.
It really was a pleasure to do business with you, although it never felt like we were! At the first meeting you took away all the stress and worry with your well organised approach. The delivery on the actual day was impeccable, the room looked amazing and all the things we asked of you were never a problem.
We’ve no idea how your team regularly cope with so well- you people deserve a medal!!!

Very many thanks for the delicious food on Sunday. We especially liked the prawn, asparagus and watercress salads and the lemon tart, and the potatoes!

I cannot begin to thank you and your team for providing an excellent meal in HMS Victory on the evening of Friday the 17th July 2006. Without exception I have received many complimentary remarks- well done. The dinner was delicious, superbly prepared, cooked and served in the small confinement of a ship and from start to finish everything was perfect.
