If this is for a drinks party where there is no other food then I recommend you choose 7 items a head from above unless there is something else you had in mind.

If this is to have with drinks before a meal then I feel 4 items a head would be adequate.

The canapés will be delivered to you at a time to suit you and will be served on silver platters. If you wanted a member of staff to circulate with the trays of canapés then I can provide waiting staff at a cost of £7.00 per hour minimum charge of £ 21.00.

If you only require me to deliver the canapés with no other food or service then a minimum order or £50.00 is required or a £10.00 delivery charge will be applied.
