A portion consists of 2 hot items and a portion of
each salad per person.
The host can
choose 3 items from the main course menu below for
parties under 25 people or 4 items for parties over
25, to offer their guests.

herb or lemon arinade

We supply the barbecue, a chef to cook your meal, serving platters & bowls, china plates, cutlery wrapped in napkins & linen tablecloth for the buffet table.
The chef will be there for a maximum of 3 hours to include the lighting of the barbecue. If you require the chef for longer or additional serving staff this can be organised at £8.75 per hour.
